The Nationwide^® Love Without Boundaries, Coverage Without Compromise Sign-Up Program (“Program”) is open only to employers who offer pet insurance from Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company (“Sponsor”) and who are domiciled in the fifty (50) United States excluding Georgia, Montana, Pennsylvania, Washington, and Wyoming (“Eligible Employer”).

Authorized participants must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States excluding Georgia, Montana, Pennsylvania, Washington, and Wyoming, and must otherwise meet all eligibility requirements set forth herein.

Void in Georgia, Montana, Pennsylvania, Washington, Wyoming, and where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company (“Sponsor”), Precision Services Group (“PSG”) (“Administrator”), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (“Promotion Parties”) and immediate family members/household members of such persons are not eligible.

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding.

The Promotion begins at 06:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on March 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on December 31, 2026 (the “Overall Promotion Period”).

The Promotion consists of multiple monthly “Sweepstakes Promotions,” each with its own Sweepstakes Period.

Each monthly Sweepstakes Promotion:

• Begins when a company’s HR representative activates their monthly Sweepstakes (no earlier than March 1, 2026)
• Ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on the last day of that calendar month

Non-winning entries do not carry over to subsequent Sweepstakes Periods.

The Sponsor’s computer clock is the official timekeeping device.

Complete the registration form including:

• Full Name
• Zip Code
• Email Address
• Pet Name
• Pet Species

You will receive one (1) entry into your company’s monthly Sweepstakes Promotion.

Entry Limit

One (1) entry per person per monthly Sweepstakes Period.

Minimum Participation Requirement

A company’s Sweepstakes must receive at least ten (10) eligible entries during that month to qualify for a drawing.

Eligible entries determine number of winners:

• 10–49 entries → 1 winner
• 50–99 entries → 2 winners
• 100+ entries → 3 winners

If fewer than 10 entries are received, no prizes will be awarded for that company/month.

All other restrictions, disqualification rules, and identity verification language remain identical to the 2025 rules.

Random drawings will occur on or around the first business day following each Sweepstakes Period, from all eligible entries received for that company/month.

Odds depend on number of eligible entries.

Winners are not final until eligibility is verified.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form. Notification is deemed to have occurred upon Sponsor or Administrator sending the email.

Each winner will receive a unique, secure personalized URL (“PURL”) directing them to a prize redemption page. Winners must, within the timeframe specified in the notification:

1. Select one (1) prize from the prize options listed in Section 6; and
2. Provide required fulfillment information, which may include:
• First and last name
• Valid email address and/or
• Physical mailing address

Failure to complete the redemption steps within the required timeframe, failure to respond to the winner notification, failure to meet eligibility requirements, or failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in forfeiture of the prize. In such cases, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from remaining eligible entries (up to three (3) alternates). After three unsuccessful attempts, the applicable prize will remain unawarded.

No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

Each winner will receive one (1) of the following prizes. Winners will select their prize only after being notified as a potential winner, through the PURL-based prize redemption page described in Section

Additional Prize Restrictions

• No substitutions, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.
• Prizes are awarded “AS IS,” without warranty of any kind.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or undeliverable prize communications due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by winners.

All other prize restrictions remain unchanged from 2025 rules.

By accepting a prize, each winner grants the Promotion Parties the right, where permitted by law, to use their name, social media handle(s), likeness, voice, biographical information, and city/state of residence for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes related to the Love Without Boundaries, Coverage Without Compromise Sweepstakes, in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without notice, review, or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). All rights in any such promotional materials will belong solely to Sponsor and/or its licensors.

The Promotion Parties are not responsible for any interruption, delay, or failure of any website, social media platform, or internet service provider in connection with the Promotion. If any part of the Promotion is impacted by events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control—including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, public health events, war, terrorism, labor disputes, system failures, or government actions—Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or any prize, in whole or in part, in its sole discretion.

Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it determines that fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity, administration, security, or proper functioning of the Promotion.

Entrants are expected to participate in a fair and respectful manner. The Promotion Parties are not responsible for attempts by entrants to circumvent these Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the Promotion.

Sponsor and the Promotion Parties may, in their sole discretion, disqualify any individual they believe:

• Is tampering with the entry process, Website, or operation of the Promotion;
• Is acting in violation of these Official Rules; or
• Is acting in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, obscene, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate manner.

All associated entries from a disqualified individual may be voided.

CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may violate criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Promotion Parties reserve the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promotion Parties are not responsible for:

Lost, late, misdirected, stolen, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or undeliverable entries, registrations, emails, or communications of any kind;

Technical failures, malfunctions, or issues involving hardware, software, systems, networks, servers, or providers;

Interruptions, disconnections, or unavailability of the internet, websites, or any communication channels used in connection with the Promotion;

Unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or registrations;

Human, mechanical, printing, typographical, or other errors relating to or in connection with the Promotion (including administration, winner selection, prize announcement, or Promotion materials); or

Any injury or damage to persons or property which may be related to participation in the Promotion or attempted participation.

If for any reason the Promotion cannot run as planned, including due to virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause corrupting or affecting the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promotion Parties may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion, in whole or in part. If terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, award prizes from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such action.

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Promotion Parties and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (“Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or in connection with:

Participation in the Promotion (including travel related to any Promotion activity, if applicable);

The receipt, use, misuse, or non-use of any prize;

Any claims based on rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light;

Alleged or actual infringement of any intellectual property or proprietary right; or

Any error in the printing, offering, selection, operation, or announcement of any part of the Promotion or any prize.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules—or the rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsor, or the Released Parties in connection with the Promotion—shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any conflict-of-law principles that might result in the application of laws of another jurisdiction.

By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action;

In no event shall attorneys’ fees be awarded or recoverable;

Under no circumstances shall entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby knowingly and expressly waive all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits.

Entrants agree to waive any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and further waive any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability, so the above limitations may not apply in all cases.

By entering the Promotion, each entrant consents to Sponsor and its agents collecting, using, and sharing the personal information provided at entry (and any subsequent updates) for the purposes of administering the Promotion and complying with applicable laws, regulations, and reporting requirements. Information may also be used to communicate with entrants regarding the Promotion (including winner notification) and, where permitted, for inclusion on a winner’s list.

If there is any conflict between Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and these Official Rules as they pertain to the Promotion, these Official Rules will control.

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect and shall be interpreted as if the invalid provision were not included.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Entrants agree to waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules.

In the event of any inconsistency between any Promotion-related materials (including advertising, FAQs, or other communications) and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern and control, and any discrepancy will be resolved by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.
