The Nationwide® Love Without Boundaries, Coverage Without Compromise Sign-Up Program (“Program”) is open only to employers who offer pet insurance from Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company (“Sponsor”) and who are domiciled in the fifty (50) United States (excluding the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Washington) (“Eligible Employer”).

For the purpose of this Program, “Program Parties” means Sponsor, Precision Services Group (PSG) (“Administrator”) and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and marketing agencies.
Void where prohibited. All applicable laws apply. Participation constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.
The Program begins at 06:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on February 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on December 15, 2026 (the “Registration Period”).
The Administrator’s designated computer clock is the official time-keeping device for the Program.

To create a Sweepstakes for their Eligible Employer, the Participant must complete and submit the official registration form with accurate and complete information in all required fields, including, but not limited to:
Participants may select multiple months of participation within a single registration form.
Upon registering, the Participant, Company Contact, and/or the Nationwide Account Executive will receive a confirmation email containing instructions and a link to the company’s Sweepstakes website to share with employees.

Technical Limitations & Disqualification
The Program Parties are not responsible for technical difficulties, incorrect or incomplete contact information, or automated/mass registrations. Registrations that are incomplete, inaccurate, corrupted, false, forged, or otherwise non-compliant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
All materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a Participant, the registration will be deemed submitted by the registered account holder of the email address used.
Subject to applicable law, the Program Parties are not responsible for disruptions or failures of any internet service provider, platform, system, or other infrastructure.
Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program if a Force Majeure event or any cause beyond Sponsor’s control affects Program integrity or administration.
Program Parties may disqualify any individual or Eligible Employer suspected of violating these Terms and Conditions, engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct, harassing behavior, tampering, or otherwise interfering with Program operation.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE LEGITIMATE PROGRAM OPERATION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. PROGRAM PARTIES RESERVE ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.
The Program Parties assume no responsibility or liability for:
(a) lost, late, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or garbled registrations or emails;
(b) unauthorized access to or alteration of registrations;
(c) technical failures of any kind;
(d) Internet or site inaccessibility;
(e) any errors or malfunctions relating to the Program;
(f) any injury or damage to participants' or others’ computers related to Program participation.
If the Program cannot run as planned due to tampering, technical issues, or other causes affecting fairness or integrity, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Program.
Participants release and hold harmless the Program Parties and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or injuries arising out of:
(i) participation in any aspect of the Program;
(ii) infringement or violation of publicity, privacy, or IP rights;
(iii) use of registration materials;
(iv) any error relating to Program administration.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflicts of law rules.
BY PARTICIPATING, PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT:
(a) disputes will be resolved individually, without class action;
(b) damages are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs.
(c) punitive, incidental, consequential, or multiplied damages are waived;
(d) equitable or injunctive relief is waived.
Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.
By participating, each Participant consents to Sponsor’s use of personal information for Program
administration, compliance, or communications, and agrees to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy:

Where discrepancies exist, these Terms and Conditions control.
Invalid or unenforceable provisions shall not affect remaining provisions. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision shall not be considered a waiver.
Participants waive the right to claim ambiguity in these Terms and Conditions.
If other Program materials conflict with these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions control.
